He or she will have to propose and to implement the best e-commerce, digital marketing, mobile and tablet, social medias, e-mail campaigns, SEO and SEM initiatives. He or she will also have to work closely with our sales team in order to set up the B2B marketing material and Web strategies to optimize websites and campaigns. The goal is to generate opportunities for our various products, platforms and services. Main territories: Canada, United States, France and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital marketing campaigns in partnership with our sales team for clients coming from various lines of business (manufacturing, industrial, design, architectural and construction professionals)
• Develop online campaigns strategies, analyze data and find new opportunities for Web optimization
• Develop, establish and plan Web and marketing conception strategies in order to achieve success and increase the growth of our customer base
• Set up promotional campaigns
• Analyze campaigns and websites performance using integrated analytics tools and produce reports
• Increase and optimize conversion rates for the campaigns
• Be up to date regarding current and emerging digital marketing techniques
• Plan, launch and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Adwords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, write, plan and publish content and articles on our websites and on social medias
• Follow-up with our sales team and potential customers
• Manage and set up texts, graphics, videos and other support medias in order to publish them on our website
• Write, review and update the existing content on our website and on our blog in a strategic manner
• Assess, prioritize, integrate and manage content on our websites
• Share our website on our partners’ and other relevant sites as per the target markets
• Produce and analyze performance reports of campaigns in order to ensure their effectiveness, compile and present the results
• Participate in developing digital and visual needs during events like exhibitions and group presentations
• Participate in achieving goals along with our sales team

What you need

• Bilingualism is MANDATORY. Most of our projects (90%) will be done in English; fluency is essential (spoken and written)
• Knowledge in SEO
• Google Adwords, Analytics and PPC masteryC
• Experience in web project management
• Experience with CMS like WordPress
• Experience in electronic commerce with a platform such as WooCommerce
• Experience in graphic design, infographic or video editing with Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere
• 1 year of experience in website content development and integration
• Experience in managing a content-based website
